Food prepared with reverse osmosis water. My cooking utensils are stainless steel, silicon, cast iron skillets, unbleached parchment paper, glass containers and pots. I never use plastic, teflon or non-stick materials. I will even pick up the packaging for re-use.

When I stock your freezer and refrigerator full of food, it saves you time from making the staples that are often the basis of meals we prepare. These staples include:
Geletain rich broth that takes 24 hours to achieve full flavor.
Almond milk where truly organic almonds are soaked before pureed and stored in glass jars.
Meals, stews and soups are great to store in the freezer for a late night at work, when you have a babysitter, or a day that you are just completely exhausted and need a break from cooking.
Baked goods: breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, muffins and more.
All items are customized to suit your preferences and dietary needs.
Everything comes with simple reheating instructions.
Organic, pastured and seasonal baby food means that your baby is getting the best nutrition possible without GMO’s, added sugar, fillers or preservatives.
*All produce will be local when possible.

Birthday Parties: With so many kids suffering from allergies to common ingredients, difficult may not begin to describe the task of catering to your child’s friends when hosting a party. Cupcakes, cakes, cakepops, marshmallows, gummy bears and other sweet treats can all be homemade and delicious, while sneaking in a bit of nutrition too (I promise, your kids will never know)! I will work with you to customize any items to coordinate with your party theme.

It can be difficult to find snacks for after school. Likewise, sometimes you just want a delicious, soft cinnamon raisin roll toasted in the morning with some melted butter. I can bring this to you. You can store almost all items in your freezer and pull them out as you need them.
“Milk Lady”: Almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, cashew milk, coconut yogurt, coconut melt-able cheese, coconut kefir, coconut milk ice cream.
